My adventure is working with the camera appreciatively to play with light, form, space and content in everyday opportunities. Pairing unlikely subjects or working with multiple exposures allows for the possibility of pentamento and whimsy.

Photographing botanicals provides the challenge of searching for the essence, vitality, and spirit of living things (Jin, Qi, Shen). Calligraphic elements frequently integrate an experience.

New works include mixed-media, and photographs which allow the wind to direct composition, line, and color.
